Beauty Supply 101 Digital Course

Literally i ordered this product a beauty supply 101 ebook over a month ago. It was never sent to me. I reached out via message multiple times and finally was able to track someone down who is in charge of their instagram page in which they took my email adress and said they would send it immediately! After days go by and I still didn’t receive it I reached out again to which the message was send and never replied to. Then the message reads read and still no response. I reached out again after a few days and asked to simply just be refunded because at this points it had been weeks and still no product received still ignored but this time the messages disappeared from my inbox so I’m guessing I’m restricted. It’s been almost 2 months and still no product and no response. I waited a while for them to make this situation right before I reviewed but this is so disappointing. They literally took my money (50$) and ran. Do not buy from this store if I could give a zero star I would.
